Blue Willow Homes is able to build your custom home on your Triangle homesite. Our process is simple:
1. Call or email us with your name, the location of the land, and your availability
2. A Blue Willow Homes representative will call you to discuss your goals
3. We will help you find the blueprint to your dream home, if necessary
4. We will meet you at the land to discuss any challenges it poses and what construction costs may approximate
5. Your home will be priced
6. Once a price is agreed to verbally, a contract is drawn up
7. The contract is signed, deposit delivered, and the process of building your new home begins
8. You will work with our team to design the home of your dreams while the permitting process takes place
